Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in individual, couples and family psychotherapy for treatment of a broad range of social emotional issues.  She has been involved with depth psychology with individual adults and works with families in her  small, personable private practice in Littleton, CO serving the Highlands Ranch and Centennial neighborhoods.

Sarah obtained her masters degree from University of Denver in 1992.   In her professional endeavors, she has become known as an intelligent, dedicated and intuitive therapist.   After working in agency settings, she is focusing on serving the south metro area for a broad spectrum of clients as a private practitioner. Among her areas of expertise are working with children and youth of divorced families, couples with communication difficulties, adults in crisis including divorce or separation, life impasses,  and Women issues in relationships or professional life.  Sarah has a particular interest in working with those in the therapeutic professions dealing with burn out, and personal issues.   

Sarah is a practical, interactive, warm and empathic therapist. Her treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. She incorporates a blend of conventional and alternatives approaches, drawing upon a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. With sensitivity and compassion, she works with each client to help them build on their strengths to identify and achieve life goals.
